John,
I am still navigating my way on this site, but hope to get some of my customers to take a look. I also want to get a picture up. Will work on that. Thanks for the tips on using AWARD.

Do you know how much I love Great Big Spelling Problems. It is such a wonderful book. I have taught guided reading lessons with it, and use it in Conference Days to show that it supports "forshadowing" and inferring. A classic that all the teachers want to purchase.

This might be a way in to getting them sold on the whole program. A few of the classic books with a DVD, and then they'll want more. I know the had the option to purchase one title and DVD. Is it still the same with the newly organized company.

Please feel free to share this question with Wendy or Brian if this isn't you domain. I just wanted compliment you on the book.

Where Is Taylor's Monkey

I've just discovered that Voicethreads are more than a teaching tool, they can be useful for entertaining grandchildren as well! (Taylor is my grandson, not the monkey.)To see a big screen version of this Voicethread click here.

Cool Tools

This blog seems to be a good place for me to share some of these tools and maybe get some comments and feedback from teachers who are using them.

One of these exciting tools is Voicethread, which seems to have huge and varied applications for children's learning and for th… Continue
